Over the past few weeks Fearless Women has provided our first cohort of volunteer mentors with the information, skills and knowledge, to build and maintain effective strength-based mentoring relationships.
They learnt about the resources and networks available, and how Fearless Women supports them and their mentees during their two-year pairing.
They are now ready to fearlessly support their mentees with guidance and practical conversations, and make a positive difference in the young woman’s life.
