Mental health isn’t just a conversation—it’s a lifeline. This May, we were proud to host a Mental Health First Aid training session with Dee Depali from Imperfectionism, exclusively for our Fearless Women mentors.
This important training equips our mentors with the knowledge and tools to recognize when a mentee, colleague, family member, or friend may need additional support. But it goes beyond crisis response—it’s about building understanding, cultivating empathy, and creating safe spaces where young women feel seen, heard, and uplifted.
By investing in mental health awareness, we’re investing in the strength and resilience of the next generation. Because when we empower women, we empower the future.
If you’d like to learn more about the Fearless Women programs and support we provide or how you can get involved, we’d love to hear from you.
