This year Fearless Women’s launched a new empowerment program, Let’s Talk About…

Let’s Talk About… picks up where our foundation course Fearless Future leaves off. 

As a wellbeing and empowerment program developed specifically for girls in Years 5 to 10 in the Canberra Region the multi-module program fosters resilience, self-confidence, and emotional intelligence, preparing girls to face the challenges of tomorrow with strength and grace.

Let’s Talk About… includes

• Understanding values and character strengths
• Emotions, feelings, trigger and glimmers
• Recognising healthy (and toxic) friendships
• Setting boundaries and building resilience
• Unpacking the tricks used by marketers to sell stuff!

This term, Fearless Women’s Education Officer, Alexis, is delivery Let’s Talk About... to the girls at Calwell Primary School.
