Judy Waters has more than 30 years industry, business, cultural and marketing expertise. The majority of Judy’s career has seen her at the helm of high-end agencies she founded, including BDW Special Events, MA@D Communication and Rowdy Inc. Empowerment of women is foundational to Judy’s beliefs and one of her passions is mentoring and supporting others, especially young women.
