Meet Ramya Balachandren

Ramya Balachandren is a Director at Farrar Gesini Dunn, a multi-disciplined national law firm with their largest office in Canberra, where she practices family law. As a family lawyer, she provides legal services to a range of clients, including women requiring support navigating what is often a challenging and uncertain time in their lives. In her role as a Director, she provides ongoing mentoring and support to young lawyers and students within her firm to achieve their goals and empower them to strive to leadership positions within the organisation and elsewhere. Ramya’s keen interest in empowering young women and navigating complex issues faced by young women led her to join the Fearless Women Board.
